We collect the information you provide when you create a profile or register — including your name, contact details, professional background, qualifications, preferences and résumé. For candidates, your profile is shared with employers in an anonymised form: your identity and contact details are never shown publicly and are released to an employer only after you and our team approve their access request. We also collect limited technical information automatically (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed) to operate and secure the platform.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the platform, match candidates with suitable opportunities, administer applications and profile-access requests, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Candidate contact details are shared with an employer only after an approved access request. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Your rights
